How much time should I set aside?
The time commitment depends on the respective study group. As a rule, you will monitor your cycle over several months and regularly document certain data.
What happens to my data?
Your data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for scientific purposes. It is analysed in pseudonymised form.
Can I end my participation at any time?
Yes. Participation is voluntary and can be ended at any time without giving any reasons.
Do I need prior knowledge or to be able to use an app?
No. You will receive all the information and support you need to take part.
Will I receive personal results?
Depending on the study group, you may gain insights into your own cycle. You will learn more about this as part of the informed consent process.
